Local Artist: Unit65 by Kelsey Ferguson

Kelsey has always been a creative soul. Inspiration can be found everywhere and Kelsey is always finding new ways to interpret them into art. She is constantly inspired by the people and friends she meets; and little kid things such as candy and Barbie dolls. Change is the only constant in life but she knows one thing is for certain, she never wants to stop creating. She believes life should be fun and not taken too seriously. Kelsey is in her first year at Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design in London. She created these clever zipper clips when her mom sent her a box of zippers while living in Seattle, WA.

Inspiration: Vampire Weekend

I am a sucker for a well dressed gent. Especially when his look is so relaxed and effortlessly thrown together. Let's take a look at Vampire Weekend. Attention to detail: button-down woven, layers, rolled up sleeves and collars popping out from underneath a sweater/cardigan paired with slacks/jeans. An easy look to pull off with the right key elements. It doesn't take much effort to look good and be comfortable at the same time guys.

Cocorosie Mornings

There is nothing I enjoy more then being in this box of treasures (Moksha) and listening to Cocorosie on a quiet Monday morning. I thought I would share with you guys some photos of this angelic duo and the Lyrics from my favorite of there songs off of there new Album Grey Oceans.

here you go enjoy!

Under what spell the guarding light be took the undertaker
Under his gaze did fall search evil blunder
Characters of flaming eyes eager to burn the wooden castle
Eager towards the paper heart of children birds
The aching starlit, the singing sinew, the wining ghost, brutal window
Snowy harlot, Chaffing mine eyes the sun paper kiss
Bloody rose on my cheek, purple kiss of stardust
Pink baloon of time candied on the inside Baby pitbull butterfly
