New Moon Sound Bath - Tuesday May 7th

Book now for the upcoming NEW moon sound bath on Tuesday May 7th at 6-7pm. Hosted by Karleen Ilagan. 

We are offering a prestretch before the sound bath. Sign up and come 30 minutes early, Karleen will lead you in a series of poses that will help prepare your body for the sound bath. 

Schedule:

Prestretch: 5:30-6pm

Sound Bath: 6-7pm 

For the safety of others, please do not come if you are experiencing any cold/flu like symptoms.

For cancellations, please give at least 24 hours notice. Bookings canceled less than 24 hours or no shows will not be refunded.
