Sound Therapy

At Biōm, we use the resonance of crystal bowls and metal gongs to wash your body with waves of healing frequencies. Sound therapy allows your mind to reach deep meditative states and it is useful in relieving anxiety, depression, and insomnia. Sometimes, people may feel offbeat or out-of-tune, this practice will help bring you back into alignment.

Light Therapy

Everything we see with our eyes is light, the world we see is our brain's interpretation of that light. Therefore, light has a powerful influence on our perceived reality and our mental health. We use a range of tunable LED lights to focus the mind on color, our relationship with color and the moods and memories they conjure in us. We also have bright full spectrum lights that we use to help those who suffer from seasonal depression. Our dynamic lighting system allows us to create an immersive therapeutic environment for you.

Plant Therapy

Plants are central to the design, philosophy and purpose of Biōm and we have created an innovative hydroponic growth system that allows our indoor jungle to thrive. We believe that as urbanization continues and as people spend more time indoors, it is important for our mental health to stay connected with plant life. Plants are the caregivers of the world, they give us air to breathe and nutrients to eat. Spending time with plants relieves stress, increases empathy and gives us a sense of peace. Our jungle provides a lush and warm indoor climate complete with a canopy for you to meditate under.

Did you stretch yet?

We will begin each session by checking in with our bodies. Do not be intimidated, each class is customized just for you and your feelings. Stretching and linking up breath with movement is essential for preparing the body and mind when entering a deep meditative state. After all, how will we reach our goals if we do not stretch?
