Winter Solstice + New Moon Sound Bath

Come celebrate Winter Solstice AND the New Moon with a 60-min sound bath hosted by Karleen Ilagan, Sunday December 21st at 10:30-11:30am. 

We are offering a prestretch before the sound bath. Sign up and come 30 minutes early, Karleen will lead you in a series of poses that will help prepare your body for the sound bath. 

Schedule:

Prestretch: 10-10:30am

Sound Bath: 10:30-11:30am

Come experience sound and energy move over, around and through you, a complex tapestry is woven, wrapping you in healing vibrations.

For cancellations, please give at least 24 hours notice. Bookings canceled less than 24 hours or no shows will not be refunded.
