A new dawn, a new day, a new moon sound bath.
Savasana (pronounced shuh-VAH-suh-nuh) is Sanskrit which translates to corpse pose. A posture in yoga where you lie down on your back with arms and legs stretched out. With eyes closed, we are able to navigate the darkness through our other senses. Using sound and vibration, to deepen our skills to listen and feel. Let breath remind us that with death, always comes new life. Please join me with this new moon to honor a new dawn, a new day.
