Sweet'N Low with Cindy
During this class, we will not leave the floor!
The intention is to get grounded and especially work into the hips.
Class will feature a short sequence of heat building floor poses, long cooling yin yoga postures, and myofascial release (rolling on Wellround balls) sprinkled between.
No yoga experience is required and all props are provided! Space is limited.
